These terms apply when you buy a PDF travel guide from The Visualler at thevisualler.com. The guides are sold by ExperienceDesignGuru, a business licensed in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, owned by Carmelinda Covino. By completing a purchase you accept these terms.
What you buy
A digital travel guide in PDF format. Nothing is shipped. The page count, the number of days and what each guide covers are described on the Travel guides page before you pay.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars. The amounts shown in AED and EUR are indicative only, and your bank sets the final exchange rate. Payment is handled by Stripe, a secure payment provider. We never see or store your card details. Discount codes, when available, are entered at checkout.
Delivery
Right after payment you are taken to a download page with your guide. Keep that page link: it lets you download your guide again. If the download does not start or the link does not work, contact us and we will send it to you.
Your licence
Each guide is for your personal, non commercial use. You may print it and keep copies on your own devices, and you may share it with the people travelling with you. You may not resell it, publish it, upload it to file sharing sites or pass it off as your own. All text, photos, maps and design remain the property of Carmelinda Covino and The Visualler.
Accuracy
Prices, opening hours, links and rules are checked every month, but they change, sometimes overnight. Always confirm with the official sites before you go, especially for bookings, visas, closures and safety. The guides share personal experience and suggestions. They are not professional, legal, medical or safety advice.
Third party services
Guides and posts link to hotels, tours and other services run by third parties. Some links are affiliate links. Any booking you make is a contract between you and that provider, under their terms.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any purchase is limited to the price you paid for that guide. We are not responsible for losses caused by changes made by third parties, by events outside our control, or by decisions you make while travelling.

Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the United Arab Emirates. This does not take away any consumer rights you have under the law of the country where you live.
